One of my favourite contemporaries of 2016 has been Perdita and Honor Cargill's Waiting For Callback. The mother and daughter team are just as hilarious in print as they are in person (I've been lucky enough to see them on a panel and take part in a workshop of theirs, and they're great!) and the dialogue is some of the best I've seen for ages. I am obviously EXTREMELY excited for the upcoming Waiting For Callback: Take Two, so when Simon & Schuster got in touch to ask me if I'd like to share the cover - designed by fabulous S & S designer Jenny Richards (@JenniflurJenny) I was thrilled!
And here IS the gorgeous cover, in all its glory.
The book is published on the 26th January 2017, while if you're yet to read the start of Elektra's story, I would highly recommend it - Waiting For Callback is available now from all good bookshops!
