Six Degrees of Separation is a fabulous meme which started last year, and runs on the first Saturday of every month! Huge thanks to Annabel Smith
and Emma J Chapman for coming up with the idea. Head over to one of
their blogs and leave a link in the comments if you take part, please!
WILD by Cheryl Strayed has recently been adapted into a feature film, as has TRASH by Andy Mulligan.
The country which Trash takes place in is never specified (as least in the book), which is also the case in BR Collins's LOVE IN REVOLUTION.
Love In Revolution is on this excellent list of recommendations from Stonewall, as is THIS SONG WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE by Leila Sales.
This Song Will Save Your Life was one of the books I chose for my Top Ten ALL-TIME FAVOURITE Books From The Past 3 Years in a blog post last Tuesday, as was BONE JACK by Sara Crowe.
Bone Jack was a 2014 release and is therefore eligible for the Bookish Peeps Book of 2014 vote that myself and Jesse are running - details here - as is FIVE CHILDREN ON THE WESTERN FRONT (and, indeed, EVERY other book published in 2014!) It would be awesome if you'd like to vote.
Thanks to Emma and Annabel for a great meme!
